Returns & Exchanges

• Returns/Exchanges: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
• Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The result is vibrant, light-catching jewelry that feels both contemporary and timeless. Because the process is so hands-on, every necklace, earring, or bracelet tells its own story through color, texture, and shape.
