• Free Shipping: We offer free USPS shipping within the continental United States. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.
• International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the continental USA.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it. Here’s how it works:

• Returns/Exchanges: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• How to Start a Return: Email [your@email.com] with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll send you instructions and an RMA number.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
• Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The artist carefully selects and arranges the glass—sometimes adding metal foils, or unique patterns—before fusing everything into a single, smooth piece. The result is vibrant, light-catching jewelry that feels both contemporary and timeless. Because the process is so hands-on, every necklace, earring, or bracelet tells its own story through color, texture, and shape.
